We, Central Development Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 475.HK), has been listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2007. We are principally engaged in the energy business and jewelry business in Hong Kong and China.

Our energy business focuses on distributing solar photovoltaic components, refined oil, and liquefied natural gas (LNG). At our Yuyao factory in Ningbo City, we manufacture and sell our solar energy products while continuously optimizing production capacity to meet market demands. We also operate a strategically located filling station in Chengdu near major transportation hubs for sales of oil and LNG products. Through joint ventures in Chengdu and Anhui, we are expanding to develop decentralized energy stations that supply piped natural gas, industrial steam, and residential heating to urban areas. Our jewelry business mainly focuses on wholesale operations through established supplier and customer networks, leveraging market opportunities to ensure steady growth in this segment.
